These terms These terms apply to orders placed on this website by consumers in the UK. Please read them before you order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Your order When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it and taken payment. That email is our acceptance and forms the contract between us. If we can't supply an item (for example it has sold out), we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment Prices are in pounds sterling and are the total price for the item. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery Delivery times, costs and tracking are set out on our Delivery page and on each product page. The goods are your responsibility once delivered to the address you gave us.

Returns and cancellation See our Returns & refunds page, which includes your legal right to cancel within 14 days.

Product information We describe each product as accurately as we can, with measurements and specifications taken from the manufacturer. Colours on screen may vary slightly. Use products as instructed and follow the safety warnings supplied with them.

Reviews Only customers who have bought an item can review it, using a private link we send them. We publish every genuine review, positive or negative, and remove only reviews that are abusive, unlawful, off-topic or contain personal information. We never write, buy or incentivise reviews.

Discount codes Discount codes can be used once per order unless stated, can't be exchanged for cash, and are subject to any minimum spend or end date shown when the code is issued.

Our liability If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

Complaints and law If you're unhappy, please email hello@theclicklist.co.uk and we'll do our best to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of Scotland or of the part of the UK where you live.
