Delivery

What it costs Delivery is free on UK orders of £25 or more (based on your basket total before any discount code). Orders under £25 cost £3.49. The delivery charge is shown before you pay.

How long it takes Each product page states its delivery time. Most of our products ship from a UK warehouse and arrive in 3–5 working days. Items from our partner's international warehouse take 6–10 working days, and the product page says so.

Tracking Every order is tracked. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

Where we deliver We currently deliver to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Some remote areas and islands may take an extra day or two.

If something goes wrong If your parcel hasn't arrived within the stated time, email hello@theclicklist.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
