Returns & refunds

30-day returns You can return any item within 30 days of the day you receive it, for any reason. This is longer than the 14 days the law requires.

How to return - Email hello@theclicklist.co.uk with your order number and the item you're returning. We'll reply within 1 working day with the return address. - Send the item back in its original condition with all parts and packaging where possible. Please use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. - You pay the return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it.

Refunds We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of you showing proof that you've sent it), to your original payment method. For a change-of-mind return we refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge. If an item comes back used beyond what's needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or damaged items If something arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us a photo within 30 days and we'll offer a refund or replacement, including return postage. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply after 30 days: these returns terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Your legal right to cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy above includes this right. You can tell us by email or using the model cancellation form below.
