What we collect and why - Order details (name, delivery address, email, phone number, items bought): to take payment, fulfil and deliver your order, send order and tracking emails, and handle returns. Legal basis: performance of our contract with you. - Payment details: handled directly by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. - Reviews you choose to submit (rating, text, display name): to publish on our site. Legal basis: your consent, which you give by submitting. - Abandoned checkout reminder: if you tick the box in your basket asking us to email you a link back to it and then don't complete payment, we may send you one email with a link back to your basket. Legal basis: your consent. You can opt out at any time by replying to the email. - Records (orders, invoices, refunds): kept for 6 years to meet tax and accounting law. Legal basis: legal obligation.

Who we share it with - Stripe (payments), UK/EU/US. - CJ Dropshipping (our fulfilment partner), which receives your name, address, phone number and the items ordered so it can pack and ship your parcel. It may process data outside the UK. - Delivery carriers, who receive your name, address and phone number. - Cloudflare (website hosting, security and email delivery). Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations.

How long we keep it Order records: 6 years. Abandoned-checkout records: 90 days. Reviews: for as long as they're published.

Your rights You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere. Email hello@theclicklist.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
